1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RIZOS INVESTMENTS LTD, a company registered in Cyprus ("Nupiki," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our organic growth marketing services and website.
By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Nupiki provides organic growth marketing services including:
- Content Strategy development
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Factory services
- Influencer Campaign Management
- Viral Mascot Laboratory services
- Related marketing consultation and execution services
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept both subscription-based payments and one-time payments as specified in your service agreement.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Billing: Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. One-time services are billed upon agreement.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Period: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
Cancellation Notice: To cancel ongoing services, you must provide 14 days written notice to info@nupiki.com.
Service Continuation: Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information about your business and brand
- Grant necessary access to your social media accounts and platforms as required for service delivery
- Provide brand assets (logos, guidelines, product information) when requested
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Pay all fees when due
7. Intellectual Property
Shared Ownership: Content created through our services is jointly owned by you and Nupiki, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Your Brand Assets: You retain all rights to your existing brand assets, trademarks, and intellectual property.
Platform Content: Content posted on third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Cal.com, Stripe, X (Twitter), and social media platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver excellent results, marketing success depends on many factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, follower growth, or revenue increases. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Cyprus law. The arbitration shall take place in Cyprus, and the decision shall be final and binding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
